Friday January, 17th during a snow storm. Chef Art was tasked with preparing post game meals for The San Jose Barracudas. While smoking chickens for the team in 30 degree weather Chef Art & his team washed ,cleaned & trimmed whole chickens, prepped, pounds of fresh veggies, baked our huge Idaho potatoes & made our signature caramel cake. All to be delivered, set up & ready to be ate, before the games end.
While In the Away teams locker room, we met many of the players fresh off the game ice, the management team and other team members essential to the organization.
